It'd be a shame to visit this cart and get anything other than the fried-fish sandwich. You have your choice between whiting ($3.50) or flounder ($4.50) on either white or whole wheat bread but, with a nice garnish of tarter and hot sauce, you can't go wrong either way. You wouldn't expect street fish to be the best quality but these filets practically melt in your mouth.
